e-Governance (Good governance concepts)
Today information sharing and reliable data access is more important than ever. Government employees and agencies must find relevant information quickly independent of where or how the data is stored. It is critical not only for information inside an individual organization to be accessible from a single point, but also for federal, state and local agencies to be able to share data in a way that provides integrated information. Invoea has contributed to various e-Governance projects which were successfully implemented throughout the state of AP, India.

Manufacturing
Voltas India Ltd., a subsidiary of Tata Industries is one of the largest manufacturers of refrigeration equipment. They had a need to upgrade their existing enterprise wide management information system, e-volt. Inovea offered consultancy and technology services to them multiple times and thus enabling them to upgrade their systems and enhance their functionality. The modules provided by us are considered the most successful of the existing IT systems by the employees at Voltas.

Pharma
Inovea demonstrated the tool 'Remedy' (a field force automation tool for the pharma industry) to Dr. Reddy's Labs in the year 2002. Since then we have been called upon to offer various consultancy services to help them implement a complete field force automation solution. Our services ranged from researching and offering the various hardware options to all available internet connectivity options suitable for the Indian scenario.

Education
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University faced security problems in the distribution of test papers to more than 200 affiliated colleges spread throughout the state of AP. This problem called for a secured system of transferring examination papers from the university to the colleges. "The Secure Examination Paper Transfer" system was developed and implemented successfully throughout the organization. SEPT uses a multi-level encryption method to ensure secure data transfer.

Technology :

			CaseCentral retained Inovea to optimize their development lifecycles and improve their time to market while reducing their operational costs. Having J2EE application development and Quality Engineering expertise, Inovea was able to augment R&D engineers offshore.

			Inovea has worked on 7 releases of the Orative Enterprise Software which was integrated with Cisco's Unified Mobility Advantage. Inovea is involved in UI development, web interface solution and QA. Ever since Inovea's customer Orative was taken over by Cisco in late 2006, Inovea is working with Cisco in onsite-offshore blended model.

			Inovea assembled product development team and offering the expertise in building adaptors for email archiving systems and Quality Engineering expertise, extending Clearwellsystems R & D team.

Its proven portfolio of controls automates the internal controls to provide the operational checks that are needed to validate the information intensive business processes.

			Inovea have architect and manage the development of the solution to improve their time to market while reducing their operational costs by 50%. Having J2EE application, Messaging and Telecom along with QA expertise, Inovea seamlessly fit into the Globaltel R&D team.

			iPort Media is the only media network devoted exclusively to the eyecare industry. iPort Media's flagship offering, the iPort Media Network, is a dynamic media network designed to enhance patient visits with ECPs by delivering a comfortable audio and visual presentation that entertains and informs patients on available product and services - while they wait.

			Inovea consultants used their iPlanet Application Server experience to help Lucent to rapidly design and implement the Project. This project was developed entirely offsite, and delivered in record time, from Inovea San Jose offices.

			Inovea design team worked closely with the development team at Motorola and totally re-designed the User Interface of the DOCISIS device manager, consequentially enabling management of up to 20,000 devices at a time.

			Inovea team came up with effective alternatives in Flash 5 for the original code of a CBT, giving the same output as Flash MX. The team also came up with tailor-made ‘views' and ‘layouts' for Docent Outliner that facilitates design of pages entirely in Flash.
